Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory Management to optimize inventory across its omnichannel business. You will lead channel-level deployment, allocation, and replenishment to maximize availability and productivity.

You will collaborate with Merchandise Planning and Retail, Wholesale, and Digital teams to translate buys into channel strategies, set allocation parameters, and drive inventory performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in inventory management, allocation, replenishment, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience within retail, fashion, apparel, or consumer brand environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing inventory across multiple channels, including wholesale, retail, and digital.
• Proven track record of driving inventory optimization in a high-growth, omnichannel setting.
• Deep understanding of retail KPIs, including sell-through, weeks of supply, inventory turn, availability, and productivity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory deployment and optimization strategies across assigned channels, including wholesale, retail, digital, hybrid, and concession.
• Lead channel-level allocation and replenishment strategies to ensure depth and availability by channel.
• Monitor inventory productivity, availability, weeks of supply, sell-through, stockouts, excess inventory, and aging; flag risks and opportunities.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to rebalance inventory across channels based on demand.
• Partner with Merchandise Planning to translate buy plans and product strategies into channel-level deployment.
• Develop channel-level inventory strategies reflecting productivity, demand, seasonality, and launch priorities.
• Support new channel and market expansion through inventory planning and allocation strategies.
• Establish and refine channel-level allocation and replenishment parameters and methodologies.
