SKIMS is seeking a Sr Director of Inventory Operations to lead global inventory management and order processes for a fast‑growing omnichannel business. You will drive ATS governance, optimize inventory across channels, and partner with Planning, Merchandising, Retail, and Finance to ensure availability and profitability.

You will oversee a two‑manager team, build scalable processes, and evolve Oracle and demand forecasting capabilities to support strategic growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in inventory management, planning, or order management in global brands.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record leading global inventory optimization in high-growth omnichannel environments.
• Experience managing inventory across omnichannel retail and digital channels.
• Strong ATS logic, inventory optimization, markdown/clearance, and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience supporting growing store fleets and international expansion preferred.
• Strong financial/analytical acumen linking inventory to sales and margin.
• ERP/inventory platform fluency; collaboration with tech on optimization.
• Experience building evolving inventory ops in rapid-growth orgs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Inventory Operations organization with two Senior Managers.
• Own ATS governance and rules for inventory availability across channels.
• Develop inventory optimization strategies to maximize sales, margin, and availability.
• Set inventory targets and guardrails across categories, channels, stores, and markets.
• Oversee global markdown, clearance, and end-of-life inventory strategies.
• Maintain visibility of weeks of supply, sell-through, and aging; report to leadership.
• Oversee purchase order management for accuracy and visibility across orders.
• Partner with Planning to translate assortment/buy strategies into inventory positioning.
• Collaborate with Technology to evolve Oracle and forecasting tools.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms with reporting and analytics.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and drive process standardization.
