SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory Management to optimize inventory across wholesale, retail, and digital channels. You will lead channel-level deployment, allocation, and replenishment to maximize availability and productivity.

Responsabilités

• Own inventory deployment and optimization strategies across channels.
• Lead channel-level allocation and replenishment strategies.
• Monitor stock availability, weeks of supply, sell-through, and aging.
• Identify opportunities to rebalance inventory across channels.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to translate buys into deployment.
• Develop channel inventory strategies reflecting seasonality and launches.
• Support new channel/market expansion with planning and allocation.
• Establish allocation/replenishment parameters and methods.
• Partner with Retail, Wholesale, and Digital to assess demand.
• Recommend markdowns based on aging and performance.
• Build analytics to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Identify process/system improvements for scalability.
• Coach and develop direct reports as the team grows.
