Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Director of Multi-Channel Buying to lead the commercial buying strategy across owned stores and digital channels. You will optimize assortments for demand, inventory productivity, and profitable growth, while supporting launches, seasonal initiatives, and expansion.

This leader partners with Planning, Product Merchandising, Design, Retail Operations, Digital, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of buying or merchandising experience in fashion/consumer brand with leadership at Director/Senior Director level.
• Proven success leading buying across owned retail and ecommerce channels.
• Deep understanding of apparel buying, assortment planning, inventory management, and retail performance.
• Strong analytical skills with inventory investments and Open-to-Buy strategies.
• Ability to interpret customer behavior, market trends, and business performance for buying decisions.
• Experience supporting rapid retail expansion and international growth preferred.
• Cross-functional leadership to influence Product, Planning, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead buying strategy across owned retail and digital channels for cohesive brand experience.
• Develop seasonal and long-range buying plans aligned with growth goals and financial targets.
• Build balanced assortments across core, fashion, and innovation with insights from performance data.
• Drive channel, region, and store clustering to maximize productivity and relevance.
• Partner with Global Merchandising and Digital teams to support launches and omnichannel opportunities.
• Own sales, margin, inventory and sell-through metrics; develop Open-to-Buy with Planning.
