Based in Morton, IL or Dallas, TX, this role is 100% on-site with up to 10% travel. You will lead complex initiatives, apply advanced analytics, and influence strategic decisions to improve customer satisfaction and inventory productivity.

• Design and implement inventory optimization strategies balancing service levels and demand.
• Lead complex inventory improvement initiatives from analysis to execution.
• Analyze inventory and performance data to identify trends and root causes.
• Conduct executive reviews with dealers and stakeholders, communicating insights and risks.
• Develop corrective action plans to address gaps and ensure successful implementation.
• Provide advanced consultation, training, and mentorship on inventory management.
