Job summary

Medline in Carteret, NJ is seeking an Inventory Coord Sr to ensure inventory adjustments and discrepancies are researched and reconciled, maintaining high accuracy. Responsibilities include cycle counts, reviewing reports, and correcting financial errors.

You will manage error queues, investigate service issues, create RGAs, and perform adjustments in Catalyst and SAP. Strong communication across teams to resolve discrepancies is essential. Minimum two years inventory experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 2 years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and enterprise/warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct second cycle counts.
• Review daily Materials Movement Exception and Goods Over Receipt reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage error queues using SAP and other systems.
• Investigate service failures and customer complaints; create RGAs and perform adjustments in Catalyst and SAP.
• Audit receiving functions including put-aways and delivery receipts; ensure SOP compliance.
• Communicate across teams to resolve discrepancies.
