Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years working in a warehouse and inventory environment.
• Ability to read packing slips and understand inventory procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Receive purchase orders into the system.
• Learn names and locations of employees to make deliveries.
• Receive items into Radex/Dart; manage rolls and non-roll material.
• Schedule transfers to and from Radex; print labels on arrival.
• Create new items in system and perform journal entries.
• Monitor inventory for errors and correct as needed.
• Review emails for inbound/outbound information.
• Print usage reports by item or customer.
• Order paper and supplies by reviewing reports daily/weekly.
• Identify stock issues and report to management.
• Ensure QA standards are met.
• Backup support in other production areas as needed.
