Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an on-site Inventory & Logistics Associate for 1st shift in North Carolina. You will receive, inspect, and record inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and assist in assembling server racks with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have HS diploma, 1 year in logistics, familiarity with inventory systems and basic Microsoft Office tools. We provide health insurance, a 401(k), life and disability coverage, daily meals, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and operate basic tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for inbound and outbound shipments; prepare shipping documents.
• Assist with setup and installation of server racks and cable management.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including docks and storage spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and security measures in data center environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill inventory and logistics needs.
