Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions, LLC is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Lead for the weekend shift. The role oversees shipping and receiving operations, trains staff, and coordinates with production to ensure timely deliveries.

You will manage bills of lading, inventory checks, and accuracy of shipments. The ideal candidate has at least two years of shipping/receiving experience, forklift certification, and proficiency with Excel and shipping software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in shipping/receiving roles.
• Knowledge of first class mail, presort mail, and standard mailing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments and determine economical shipping methods.
• Process mail on postage meters.
• Update shipping reports with job tickets and files.
• Track and reconcile shipments; coordinate with production to meet deadlines.
• Receive and unload inbound materials; verify against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect shipments for damages and resolve issues with suppliers.
