Job summary

O’Neil Digital Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage production floor materials. Responsibilities include cycle counts, stock accuracy, and returns to stock. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and basic forklift/pallet jack use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• One year minimum in a warehouse or inventory environment.
• Ability to read and understand packing slips.
• Strong math and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of inventory software is a plus.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Good reading/writing in English and clear communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels.
• Maintain accuracy through attention to detail in records.
• Report nonconforming items and stock damages.
• Perform item lookups and RTS (return to stock) processes.
• Assist with destruction of client inventory and company materials.
• Operate computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; ensure space is safe.
