Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years working in a warehouse and with inventory.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to lift 40 pounds without restriction.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Receive purchase orders into the system.
• Learn employees' names and locations to make deliveries.
• Receive PO into Radex/Dart and manage material.
• Schedule transfers to and from Radex.
• Print labels for rolls on arrival.
• Acquire item reclassification journal for bin-to-bin issuing.
• Create new items in system and journal entry.
• Monitor system for inventory errors and correct with customers.
• Monitor emails for inbound and outbound input.
• Print usage reports by item or customer.
• Create purchase orders through reqlogic.
• Order paper and supplies after reviewing reports.
