Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the 2nd shift to support production operations. You will conduct cycle counts, verify stock levels, and assist with reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory.

The role requires at least one year in a warehouse or inventory setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll work in a warehouse environment with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• One year of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and understand packing slips and inventory documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Strong math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits daily, monthly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Perform item lookups and returns to stock (RTS).
• Handle order processing and material requests from inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with procedures.
• Collaborate with floor teams to ensure material flow.
• Adhere to safety rules and policy requirements.
