Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Staff Inventory & Production Control Specialist in Austin to own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and cross-site governance. You will drive reconciliation, BOM traceability, and CAPAs while coordinating with manufacturing and planning teams.

Travel up to 25% may be required to support multi-site inventory initiatives and audits; strong ERP skills and AS9100/ISO knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years inventory control or accuracy experience in manufacturing; Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient with ERP systems; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy metrics and reporting across sites.
• Lead the cycle count program, including ABC classification and count scheduling.
• Investigate significant discrepancies and drive CAPAs.
• Monitor inventory health trends and identify risks across sites.
• Plan and lead physical inventories across sites and freeze activities.
• Prepare inventory documentation for Finance and auditors.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Lead cross-site collaboration to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits including AS9100, ISO 9001, FAR/DFARS.
