CesiumAstro is seeking a Staff Inventory & Production Control Specialist in Austin to own inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and cross-site governance. You will drive reconciliation, BOM traceability, and CAPAs while coordinating with manufacturing and planning teams.
Travel up to 25% may be required to support multi-site inventory initiatives and audits; strong ERP skills and AS9100/ISO knowledge are essential.

In this role, you will lead the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of inventory across the organization, guiding cycle counting, physical inventory, inventory reconciliation, and ERP inventory controls across multiple sites. This role requires up to 25% travel to support inventory accuracy activities across multiple sites. This role maintains ongoing cross-functional and outside contacts, representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult inventory issues associated with larger-scope initiatives, and partners with Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Business Process & Information Systems (BPIS) to resolve significant discrepancies, drive root-cause analysis, and lead improvement of inventory processes. This position is performed without appreciable direction, exercises latitude in determining the objectives of inventory accuracy initiatives, and is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for results. This role does not have direct reports.
