You will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Data Analytics to shape inventory plans, forecast receipts, and manage obsolescence with a data-driven, end-to-end approach.

The role emphasizes optimization, safety stock management, and cross-site collaboration to balance service levels with inventory investment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Mathematics.
• 5 years of proven experience in data analytics preferably within Supply chain and logistics.
• Proven experience in statistical analysis, data modelling and manipulation and predictive analytics.
• Willingness to travel domestic and internationally (20-30%) to develop firsthand understanding of sites and the wider organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory plans using optimization methods that support customer service levels and improve inventory turns.
• Build and refine safety stock levels based on demand and supply variability.
• Analyze customer demand and supplier performance to define the breadth and depth of the inventory plan.
• Create supply plans based on forecast input and seasonal fluctuations.
• Calculate economic order quantities and translate them into practical order plans.
• Leverage multi-echelon inventory optimization algorithms to help determine safety stock levels across the parts network.
• Collaborate with Finance to report on inventory health and support visibility into working capital and obsolete stock exposure.
• Lead monthly inventory review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders and track follow-up actions.
