Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist/Logistician to support a large, fast-paced program within SAFe. You will manage hardware, software, and service procurements across distributed nodes, creating and maintaining documentation and coordinating with multiple teams.

The role requires extensive experience with IT hardware, software, BOMs, warranties, licenses, and RMAs, plus travel within the CONUS as needed. Apply to join a mission-focused team at Leidos.

Qualifications

• BA or Master with extensive experience; substitution allowed for degree.
• 8+ years managing IT hardware/software assets.
• 5+ years handling purchase requisitions and BOMs.
• Proficient with Excel formulas and data tracking.
• Experience with licenses, warranties, RMAs, and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Procure software licenses and hardware assets across lifecycle.
• Track warranties, maintenance periods, and prevent coverage gaps.
• Monitor ticket queues and respond within SLAs.
• Update BOMs, support multiple technical task orders.
• Maintain hardware inventory reports and databases.
