Job summary

ERock is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse lead to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory. You will support O&M, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction groups with inventory coordination and logistics to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations.

You will supervise inventory staff, enforce procedures, improve stock accuracy, and maintain a safe work environment. Proficiency with warehouse software and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading a team.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and common obstacles.
• Experience leading inventory staff, ensuring procedures and stock reporting.
• Experience overseeing receiving/shipping, proper storage, and SOP development.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all shipping/receiving operations and maintain inventory integrity.
• Label stock items with identification tags and labeling tools.
• Oversee received stock, dispatch parts, and sort by item number.
• Store items in orderly, accessible locations in warehouses and storage areas.
• Communicate with inventory team to resolve discrepancies and damages.
• Lead packing/unpacking to stock shelves in stockrooms and yards.
• Record shipment data (weight, charges, space, damages) for reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of storage areas and equipment.
• Coordinate with safety department to repair or replace tools.
• Ensure safe shipping/loading and unloading with equipment as needed.
• Operate forklift for loading/unloading and crane/rigger as needed.
• Communicate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Complete required certification training for equipment use.
• Keep shop and work area clean on daily/weekly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
