Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead the team responsible for all distribution center inventory. You will supervise Inventory Control Clerks, manage cycle counts, and ensure accuracy and compliance within a facility generating over $2B in annual revenue.

Responsibilities include monitoring variances, optimizing merchandise movement, and coordinating with multiple departments to maintain strong audit practices. A four-year degree and relevant supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a four year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Normally requires four years related and progressively responsible experience, including two years at a supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of inventory by location and cycle count accuracy.
• Analyze financial and operational impact of inventory adjustments.
• Manage cycle count programs to maintain balance.
• Investigate inventory variances and order filling errors.
• Coordinate transfers and reallocate locations based on analysis.
• Ensure compliance with shelf-life policies and DEA regulations.
