Job summary

DG Matrix is seeking a Senior Inventory Associate to establish and lead inventory management at our new Morrisville, NC facility. You will set up the ERP inventory structure, manage international inbound logistics, and own upstream buffer strategies to ramp production without disruption.

This senior role includes supervising the Inventory Associate, driving cycle counts, and delivering KPI performance. Join a growing team shaping power infrastructure manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a senior/lead inventory role.
• Advanced ERP proficiency: Odoo or SAP, with ability to configure item masters and warehouses.
• Experience with international shipping docs, customs clearance, and freight forwarding coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to manage inventory accuracy KPIs.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop junior team members.
• Proactive communicator with supply chain and production leadership.

Responsibilities

• Set up ERP inventory structure including item masters and bin locations in Odoo.
• Coordinate international inbound shipments and receiving protocols.
• Manage upstream inventory buffer to feed production without stockouts.
• Log and inspect all incoming shipments against POs; handle non-conforming materials.
• Oversee Inventory Associate and build team capability.
• Lead physical inventory and cycle counts; own accuracy KPI.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and finished goods documentation.
• Interface with Supply Chain on supplier delivery performance and shortages.
• Develop and maintain inventory SOPs and train staff.
• Support customs and export compliance for international shipments.
