Responsibilities

• Review and verify paperwork for Asset/Property work and ensure records are complete.
• Count material, sort products, check for damage, and ensure proper storage.
• Protect products during storage and transport; report safety concerns.
• Coordinate property disposal and surplus property processes.
• Create and maintain property accountability records and audit trails.
• Report status and metrics on property utilization and disposition.
• Coordinate with programs to ensure understanding of contractual property requirements.
• Maintain training and certifications as needed for property handling.
