Responsibilities

• Underwrite high quality credit narratives for loans.
• Spread business financial statements and tax returns using Moody's software.
• Understand cash flow from operations and identify recurring vs non-recurring sources of cash flow.
• Research industry trends and risks.
• Perform collateral analysis including AR, inventory, real estate and investments.
• Run credit reports and gather/analyze KYC information.
• Spread personal financial statements and tax returns for guarantors; develop cash flow analyses.
• Monitor delinquency trends and repossession activity.
• Prepare written recommendations and present to loan committee.
