• Understand cash flow from operations and identify recurring vs non-recurring sources.
• Conduct industry research and assess risks affecting credit quality.
• Analyze collateral including receivables, inventory, real estate and investments.
• Run credit reports and gather/verify KYC information.
• Prepare borrower cash flow analyses and recommend loan structures.
• Present recommendations to loan committee and communicate decisions.
