Job summary

A Westborough, MA-based Inventory Planner III position with Everforth Apex is on-site. You will oversee trailer operations, perform on-site inventorying, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with engineers and TPMs.

A strong background in warehouse inventory and Excel is expected. Minimum education is an associate degree, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least five years in a warehouse/inventory role.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree minimum; Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience: Five years in a warehouse or inventory environment.
• Technical: Proficiency with business software, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage, load and unload trailers while performing on-site inventorying.
• Accept, move and store inbound parcels and pallets arriving at the facility.
• Process and organize received materials for proper storage and distribution.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all incoming shipments.
• Assist with the preparation and shipment of outbound parcels and pallets.
• Coordinate outgoing material shipments for the operations team.
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely in line with safety regs.
• Manage dock door operations, scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Interface with engineers and TPMs regarding material movement.
• Support internal stakeholders in locating, tracking, and shipping materials.
