Everforth Apex Systems seeks an Inventory Shipping Clerk IV for onsite work in Carlsbad, NM. The role supports the supply chain through inventory control, SAP data entry, and logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, SAP experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Travel is modest, and a 9/80 or 5/40 schedule may apply as described. This contract position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Management.
• Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office), and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional working relationships.
• Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Enter all in/outbound movements in SAP for Carlsbad yard/warehouse.
• Create purchase requisitions for purchases and subcontracting.
• Coordinate with SCM buyers and operations on on-hand inventory.
• Assist with booking freight and other logistics.
• Follow environmental, health and safety policies and company guidelines.
