Abbotsford Road Coffee Specialists, a Red Hook, Brooklyn-based roastery, seeks an in-house senior accountant to own full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, month-end close, year-end, and tax. You’ll handle inventory costing from green bean contracts to finished bags, ensuring accuracy for margins and pricing across product lines.

You will integrate Unleashed with Xero, maintain master data, manage foreign currency settlements, and support budgeting and forecasting alongside founders and the CFO.

Formación

• CPA or CPA candidate or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years hands-on accounting experience with month-end close.
• Experience with US GAAP and multi-currency transactions.
• Experience with inventory costing and cost accounting in manufacturing/CPG.
• Proficiency with Unleashed, Xero, and/or QuickBooks; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day accounting in Xero and Unleashed; coding, journal entries, and COA upkeep.
• Run AP/AR end-to-end; vendor management, invoicing, collections and aging.
• Manage inventory costing, BOMs, landed costs, and cost of sales by product.
