EXO Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory accuracy across our warehouse and facility operations in the United States.

You will oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, and system transactions, ensuring materials are properly received, stored, issued, transferred, counted, and documented. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate with multiple teams including Facility Operations, Procurement, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain roles.
• Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, facilities, and projects.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Verify transfers, receipts, issues, and adjustments in the system.
• Identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Support internal audits and provide inventory reporting and documentation.
