Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist to join our Planning & Inventory Team in Louisville. You will manage inventory transactions across NetSuite and 3PL WMS, while coordinating with 3PL partners and ensuring data integrity across systems and physical counts.

You will drive process improvements, maintain SOP compliance, and support weekly/monthly S&OP with accurate inventory data. The role requires weekly travel to our Louisville warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inventory management or 3PL operations.
• Experience with NetSuite and 3PL WMS.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and basic SQL skills.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL and warehouse teams.
• Knowledge of SOPs and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile inbound receipts, put-aways, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Coordinate day-to-day with 3PL partners for receiving, storage, and fulfillment.
• Reconcile NetSuite with 3PL records and physical counts.
• Investigate discrepancies including negative inventory and phantom stock.
• Ensure SOPs and financial controls are followed across teams.
• Track service levels and 3PL performance; drive corrective actions.
• Provide inventory data for S&OP and planning decisions.
