Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Manager to drive multi-site inventory strategy and operational excellence from our Walnut Creek, CA headquarters. You will standardize controls, own the roadmap, and partner with 3PLs to improve service and working capital.

You will lead a team, own dashboards and budgets, and collaborate across Planning, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to deliver measurable impact across the network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in inventory control, supply chain, warehousing, or operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership with a track record of building teams.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple sites and with 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site inventory-control strategy and operations.
• Own the inventory-control roadmap with standards, milestones, and ROI.
• Standardize processes for cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Establish control routines for accuracy, shrinkage, SLOB, and risks.
• Analyze inventory data and translate findings into actions.
• Manage budgets and partner with Finance on valuation and reserves.
• Lead ERP/WMS enhancements and cross-functional initiatives.
