Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager II to lead the Inventory Control team and drive strategic initiatives across the client service agreement. The role focuses on building key customer relationships and advancing continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Candidates should bring extensive logistics experience, teamwork, and the ability to align inventory management with service level agreements and financial benefits for the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years Inventory Control experience.
• 3+ years logistics industry experience.
• 3+ years management experience in a large company.
• 1+ years client relationship, staff mgmt. & objective setting experience.
• Knowledge of JDA / Manhattan WMS / DMPLUS / SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategy for the Inventory Control team.
• Develop customer relationships and operational partnerships to drive improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control.
• Set strategic direction for supply chain initiatives related to Inventory Control.
• Develop proactive strategies to meet KPIs and contractual requirements.
