DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Inventory Control Manager I to lead the Inventory Control team, align with client deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in inventory management. The role involves building key customer relationships, setting strategic supply chain directions, and ensuring KPI adherence.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–4 years in logistics, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years logistics industry experience, Required
• 3 years management experience (unit pick environment, large company preferred, Required
• 1 years client relationship, staff mgmt & objective setting experience, Required
• Staff management & Objective Setting, Required
• Metric development and reporting across cross functional leadership, Required
• Knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP, etc., Required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to the audience, Required

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team relative to client deliverables
• Develop key customer relationships and operational partnerships to drive continuous improvement
• Set strategic direction for supply chain initiatives around Inventory Control and Planning
• Develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate inventory control risks
• Ensure adherence to Inventory Control KPIs as outlined in the commercial agreement
• Lead performance reviews and development plans for site associates
