Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college level study preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Follows established operational procedures for receiving, handling, and disposition of materials and maintains accurate warehouse inventory.
• Builds a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.
• Helps maintain attendance and tardiness records.
• Monitors daily compliance with safety procedures.
• Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and training to ensure associate skills.
• Helps coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for associates and temporary workers.
• Oversee associates and maintain GMP for food grade warehouse.
