Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation at peak efficiency through standard routines and your learned insight.
• Respond swiftly to systems, logic, or physical issues that hold up throughput.
• Support First Expirations/First Out product management by close monitoring of the system's performance.
• Manage product quarantine or inspections required by the factory.
• Work directly with Team Leaders, Warehouse administration, and communicate with other ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA.
• Lead or participate in shift handover meetings and other continuous improvement activities, effectively applying lean methodologies to eliminate waste and deliver results.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple departments for continuous improvement efforts.
