Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory accuracy and system performance efforts.
• Troubleshoot complex challenges with cross-functional teams.
• Support daily operations in the Bloomfield distribution center.
• Collaborate with ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel and QA.
• Lead or participate in shift handover meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Must be willing to work 12-hour night shifts including some weekends.
