Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training in business accounting or related discipline is required.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible inventory control experience with computerized systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory reporting is essential.
• Professional certifications such as CMRP, CPIM, or CSCP are preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish monitors and controls all inventory levels and related metrics.
• Train inventory control personnel to meet daily and annual goals.
• Verify stock levels with cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain item and par level data across material systems.
• Use ERP and reports to investigate inventory issues and update systems.
• Develop alternate sources to ensure product availability and support patient care.
• Recommend policy changes to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
