Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Jeffersonville, IN seeks an experienced Senior Inventory Controller to lead the inventory control team and ensure accuracy of all receiving, putaway and adjustment processes in a distribution center. You will monitor daily reports, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with A/P, product divisions, and customer service to improve service levels.

Qualifications include SAP expertise, Excel skills, and a high school diploma; associate degree preferred; supervisory

Qualifications

• Must have broad understanding of inventory issues in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Experience with SAP inventory transactions and WMS is required.
• Strong Excel skills (SUM, borders, charts, wrap, sorting, headers/footers).
• Ability to take direction, implement changes and adapt to changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the inventory control team and oversee supervisory functions (ProTrak, Kronos).
• Cover duties of Senior Inventory Control Coordinator as needed.
• Manage Daily Material Movement Exception Report & Goods Over Receipt Report daily.
• Oversee error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, IQS9) and report trends and issues.
• Report on problem tickets trends and OSI/service failures.
• Assign errors to warehouse staff for SOP non-compliance.
• Report on audits of receiving: putaways, deliveries, problem tickets.
• Communicate with warehouse leadership, A/P, product divisions, inventory management & customer service.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
