Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Specialist to ensure throughput and production plans are met by supporting material handling and inventory control. The role involves training, process improvements, and resolving material issues within warehouse operations.

The position requires adapting to a third shift schedule and collaborating with production areas to maintain accurate inventories and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of warehouse and/or inventory control experience required.
• Advanced computer knowledge for material issuance and inventory tracking and control required.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility as required.
• Pick and pull material to fulfill work orders and deliveries.
• Operate forklift, stock pickers, and turret truck equipment.
• Perform stock adjustments in SAP and communicate as necessary.
• Replenish supermarkets, Kanban, and other production support areas.
• Manage inventory levels for DTS items and other materials.
• Perform cycle counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation via SAP.
• Support in warehouse organization and put away.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
• Transfer material in SAP between locations.
• Coordinate with other Warehouse functions and Production areas.
• Generate bin tags and ensure accuracy of information.
• Adhere to Quality System Requirements.
