Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution required.
• 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Packaging operations and KPIs.
• Coordinate activities between functional groups.
• Monitor personnel training and compliance with policies.
