Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to oversee finished device production on the First Shift. You will manage packaging operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement within a regulated FDA environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s or Associate degree plus related experience is preferred, with SAP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an Associate degree with related experience.
• 5 years of manufacturing or distribution experience required, or 3 years with a bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in medical devices or another highly regulated industry preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging operations and report KPIs.
• Resolve work order and inventory discrepancies.
• Review master production schedule and optimize resources.
• Coordinate with Component Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Validation and Sterilization for on-time delivery.
• Liaise with Engineering and Quality Assurance on non-conformances and continuous improvement.
• Hire, discipline and discharge employees with HR assistance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and training is documented.
• Monitor attendance and time clock management.
