Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Specialist (Packaging) to ensure throughput and production plans by supporting material handling and inventory control. The role includes training, process improvements, and resolving material issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Senior Inventory Control Specialist will work on a third shift (Mon–Fri, 9:00pm–5:30am) and is expected to manage cycle counts, SAP transactions, and replenishment activities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of warehouse and/or inventory control experience required.
• Advanced computer knowledge (Windows applications) for material issuance and inventory tracking and control required.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility as required.
• Pick and pull material to fulfill work orders and deliveries.
• Operate forklift, stock pickers, and turret trucks.
• Perform stock adjustments in SAP and communicate as necessary.
• Replenish supermarkets, Kanban, and other production support areas.
• Manage inventory levels for DTS items and other materials.
• Conduct cycle counts, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation in SAP.
• Assist in warehouse organization and put away.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
• Transfer material in SAP between locations.
• Collaborate with all Warehouse functions and Production areas.
• Generate bin tags with accurate information.
• Adhere to all Quality System Requirements.
