Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Specialist (Packaging) to ensure throughput, workflow, and production plan goals are met by supporting material handling and inventory control for Warehouse Operations. The role includes training, process improvements, and resolving material issues, with a third shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 9:00pm–5:30am).

Focus areas include SAP WM, GMP/DHR compliance, and accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of warehouse and/or inventory control experience required.
• Advanced computer knowledge for material issuance and inventory tracking and control.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility as required.
• Pick and pull material to fulfill work orders and deliveries.
• Forklift, stock pickers, and turret truck operations.
• Performs stock adjustments in SAP and communicate as necessary.
• Replenish supermarkets, Kanban, and other replenishment areas for Production support.
• Manage inventory levels for DTS items and other materials.
• Performs cycle counting, bin audits, and inventory reconciliation through SAP.
• Supports in warehouse organization and put away.
• Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies.
• Accurately transfers material in SAP from one location to another.
• Works closely with all other Warehouse functions and other Production areas.
• Generates bin tags and ensures that information is accurate and complete.
• Adhere to all Quality System Requirements.
