Job summary

Van Drunen Farms and FutureCeuticals is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Analyst to manage material flow from raw to finished goods, in collaboration with Production Managers and Supervisors. The role requires strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented approach, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in inventory control within manufacturing, ERP experience, and proficiency in Excel/Word, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inventory control experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with purchasing, logistics and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient material flow across the facility.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Logistics for shipping, receiving and inventory control of frozen material.
• Maintain accurate inventory snapshots and reconcile variances.
• Ensure FEFO material handling and timely production readiness.
• Produce baseline metrics and internal/customer reports.
