Job summary

FFF Enterprises is seeking a Senior Accountant, Inventory, to manage inventory accounting, close processes, and related reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership, and collaboration across Accounting, Finance, Product Management, Accounts Payable, and Business Intelligence teams.

You will analyze inventory movements, prepare journal entries, reconcile balances, and support reserves and pricing adjustments to ensure accurate financial statements and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive accounting experience with inventory accounting.
• Experience with ERP SAP and strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory valuation, reserves, and related financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries related to inventory activity.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile inventory-related balance sheet accounts.
• Investigate reconciling items and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Analyze inventory balances, activity, and trends for accurate valuation and reporting.
• Support gross margin analysis and inventory-related variances.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal controls for inventory.
