Job summary

Driven Brands, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant, Inventory Accounting to support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit readiness in a control-focused environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen inventory processes and documentation while ensuring timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in accounting, a solid grasp of U.S. GAAP, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with inventory accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close for inventory accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze inventory activity to identify discrepancies and process issues.
• Research differences between operational records, subledger activity, and GL balances.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support SOX controls and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, IT, FP&A, and Internal Audit to resolve issues.
