Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory or cost accounting experience (retail or wholesale preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries (freight, reserves, accruals, reclasses, amortizations) in line with GAAP.
• Prepare month-end account reconciliations.
• Analyze inventory and COGS variance against forecasts and prior year trends.
• Research and resolve stock ledger discrepancies with IT, warehouse, and system owners.
• Conduct quarterly audits of e-commerce orders in stores.
