Job summary

Shiro Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to plan, configure, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management for the Mississippi State Department of Health. You will drive enrollment, policy configuration, and secure device baselines across iOS, Android, and Windows ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and endpoint policy management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practice.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and endpoint security baselines.
• Integrate Apple Business Manager and Apple Automated Device Enrollment with Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and support Android Enterprise device management.
• Assist with migration from existing MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, compliance, application deployment, and policy-related issues.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID integration and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation procedures, and configuration standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to agency IT personnel.
• Recommend implementation improvements aligned with state, federal, and agency security requirements.
