Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management solutions.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, and endpoint security baselines.
• Integrate Apple Business Manager and ADE/DEP with Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and support Android Enterprise device management.
• Assist with migration from existing MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, compliance, app deployment, and policy issues.
• Support Entra ID integration and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to agency IT personnel.
