Job summary

ATC seeks a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist to plan, configure, implement and support the agency's mobile device management and endpoint environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.

The contractor will configure enrollment, compliance, conditional access, app deployment and security baselines, integrate Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer to agency staff while aligning with state security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices and policy management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement and support the agency's MDM/endpoint environment using Intune and Azure/Entra.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access and app deployment.
• Create security baselines and integration with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation recommendations aligned with security standards.
