Job summary

Elegant Enterprise-Wide Solutions, Inc. seeks a Mobile Device Management expert to manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint security for enterprise deployments in Jackson, MS.

You will implement Conditional Access, Entra ID, Apple Business Manager (DEP/ADE), and device enrollment policies, while documenting workflows for staff handover.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Intune/MDM experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot enrollment and compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.
