Job summary

Saipro Systems Llc. seeks a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM for the MSDH. The contractor will plan, configure, implement, and support the mobile device management environment using Azure/Entra and Intune.

Key duties include device enrollment, policy deployment, conditional access, security baselines, Apple Business Manager integration, and Android/iOS management. Work with agency IT staff to modernize deployment and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of Intune and Endpoint Management experience.
• Experience with enterprise MDM in large environments.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Position description:

The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible for planning,

configuring, implementing, and supporting the agency’s mobile device management and endpoint management

environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include configuring device enrollment, compliance

policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android

Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation

recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will work collaboratively

with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process

Required experience

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile

Device Management solutions in enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).

Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance

policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.

Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management. Ability to troubleshoot enrollment,

synchronization, and device compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience

documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.

Preferred but not required

Experience working within state government or public sector environments. Experience migrating from Meraki or other

MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune. Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning. Familiarity with

STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards. Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint

Management. Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
