Job summary

VLS Systems Inc. seeks a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist to plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's mobile device management environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.

The contractor will collaborate with agency IT staff to modernize deployment and management processes, ensure security baselines, and provide knowledge transfer and documentation aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's MDM/Intune environment.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access.
• Deploy applications, security baselines, and integrations (Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise).
• Migrate from other MDM platforms if needed; troubleshoot enrollment and compliance issues.
• Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to agency staff.
